A knifeless man is a Lifeless man.

On a daily basis, I highly recommend you carry a knife on you at all times and of course read “The SHTF Art of War.”
~Francesco Guicciardini wrote, “Whoever lives a life of chance will in the end find himself a victim of chance.”
If you are going to leave your life up to fate, don’t be surprised if fate makes you a victim. Fate is always on the lookout for chumps that think that way.
You must prepare yourself to survive a chance encounter with a vicious predator, not hope you survive that encounter. Hope is not a plan.
Be self-sufficient and prepare yourself. Do everything to stack the deck in your favor. You don’t want to leave your life up to chance anymore than you have to. It’s your duty to protect yourself and your family.
Don’t rely on luck or the chance that “that kind of thing would never happen to me.” People never think bad things can happen to them and when that bad thing is happening to them, their brain goes into a state of denial and they think “this bad thing can’t be happening.”
Be prepared! Learn about predators, how they profile, how they think, and how to avoid them. Be aware of your surroundings; pick your nose up out of that “Dumbphone” and look around. Don’t go around mindlessly, in a semi-hypnotic state. I wrote my book “The SHTF Art of War” to combat this mentality.
In the end, your safety, and the safety of your family, is in your hands.
When the lights go out, you don’t want to be the one who is completely defenseless and without even basic knowledge of how the badguys are going to operate.
If you haven’t read “The SHTF Art of War” yet, you can get it immediately with no waiting on KINDLE at: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C1PLWSQ.
